Join our experienced team and work on high quality engagements involving MNCs, Indian conglomerates as well as high growth Start-ups operating across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quickly developing understanding of industry, business operations and key drivers
  • Interpreting and analyzing financial statements, annual reports, management presentations and business plans
  • Development of various types of financial models for M&A and capital raising transactions
  • Perform valuation methods: comparable companies, precedents, and DCF
  • Preparation of investment memorandums, management presentations and pitch books

Skills Required:

  • Prior experience of at least 2 years in investment banking/transaction advisory
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Strong commitment to professional client service excellence
